Step 1
Back wrap foam or craft stick with tape so it is sticky on the
outside of the foam/craft stick. Pull the ear straight up and taunt. Place the foam/stick just above the little button in the ear. It should be sitting on top of the canal, but not in it.

Step 2
Continue to pull taunt on the ear and wrap a piece of tape at the base.

Step 3
Wrap another piece of tape just below the tip of the ear.

Step 4
Brace the ears with tape so they look like goal posts. They need to look like
goal posts 24/7.

If the posted ears don't look like goal posts and tip in too much, brace the with a piece of foam or craft stick cut to size and wrap into place with tape.
